Job Description

We will not be reviewing applications submitted through indeed: https://andersoncomfg.com/employment-app Assist in creating wood crate components and assembly by cutting, nailing, and assembly wood, corrugated, and foam components. Regular Hours are 7:30am

4:00pm Monday through Thursday.
Prefer availability to work Fridays and until 5:00pm as needed.

Starting Pay:

Depending on Experience ($15

$18)
3% 401K eligible after 1 year

Must be 18 or older
Experience with Nail guns/Construction is helpful
Good history of being on time and not missing work
Responsible with reliable transportation
Problem solver
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
Ability to lift 80 lbs occasionally
History of keeping jobs for more than 6 months, unless your years in the workforce are few or you provide acceptable reasons for regular changes.
Prior history in construction or similar field a plus but not required.
We are willing to train candidates with no prior experience if they have a good work ethic.

Experience with the following tools is a plus: Reading a tape measure (1/4, 1/8, 1/16 increments) Framing Nail Guns Band Saw Panel Saw/Beam Saw Drill Press Banding/Wrapping Table Saw CNC Router Tow Motor/forklift
