•Friday $2.00 shift differential for afternoon turn Position Description Operate manual and automatic cycle dies and presses in a manufacturing environment. Align and adjust feeders, straighteners, and stops as needed for press and die operation. Load coils and other raw materials into equipment. Operate a forklift to move materials and support production. Set up and remove dies from presses. Perform interchangeable setup within the die. Make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality. Support production goals while following safety and quality standards. Basic Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Experience operating presses, dies, or similar equipment is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Must be able to work both 1st and 2nd shift as assigned. Must be comfortable working full-time hours with possible overtime. Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and maintain quality standards. Ready to apply?
