Schedule:

12-hour rotating schedule

Day Shift:

7:00 AM - 7:00

PM Night Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Night shift receives a 10% shift differential Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours) Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours) ✔ Only 7 working days in a 14-day pay period This schedule allows for extended time off between shifts, helping support a healthy work-life balance. What You'll Do Machine Operators work in one of several departments producing copper products used around the world. Depending on the department, you may: Operate and monitor production equipment Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Handle copper materials and load machines Inspect products for quality standards Assist with machine setup and adjustments Work alongside experienced trainers to learn specialized equipment What We're Looking For We are seeking motivated individuals who want to build a career in manufacturing.

Helpful experience includes:

Manufacturing or warehouse experience Experience using gauging equipment (micrometers, calipers) Overhead crane or forklift operation Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements This position requires physical activity including: Lifting up to 60 lbs Pushing or pulling up to 150 lbs Standing, bending, walking, and climbing during shifts Operating heavy handheld tools used to straighten copper Additional Information Must pass pre-employment drug screening and physical Must be able to work 8-12 hour shifts and rotating schedules Sam Dong Ohio is an essential manufacturer, providing stable employment even during economic uncertainty.
