THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE AS FULL OR PART-TIME.
Job Overview:
We are a Trade Show Exhibit and Promotional Marketing Management company based in Dublin, Ohio, offering a fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for professional growth and development. At Zilla, you will play a pivotal role in our Team, focusing on running the embroidery machines, sewing and finishing fabric graphics, banners, and materials for trade show exhibits and displays. You will collaborate closely with the promotional and graphics departments to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-quality visual assets. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Execute all seamstress production duties, including but not limited to: Operating Embroidery Machines. Sewing-in silicon keder, Velcro, zippers, etc. Serging and hemming of fabric graphics. Finishing. Conduct quality checks on all finished materials to ensure they meet quality specifications and client expectations. Keeping equipment serviced and in good working condition. Collaborate with internal Teams on timelines and due dates.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and embroidery programs.
Education/Experience:
At least 3 years expeirence using sewing machines, industrial sewing equiment, surger, and/or embroidery equipment.

  • Melco Embroidery Machines
  • Durkopp Adler Industrial Sewing Machine
  • Miller Weldmaster Digitran Automated Sewing Station
  • Juki Serger Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
  • Minimum 3 years' of applicable embroidery experience.
  • Knowledge of industrial sewing equipment.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
