Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Woodworking Machine Operators for a 1st-shift manufacturing opportunity in Holmes County. You'll work with wood materials and production equipment to prepare, shape, sand, and finish components while building valuable woodworking and machine-operation experience. Best of all? Your regular workweek is Monday through Thursday. What You'll Do Prepare and stage wood materials for production

Operate woodworking and production equipment

Use planers, routers, sanders, and other tools

Measure, shape, sand, and prepare components

Inspect your work for quality and accuracy

Follow established production and safety procedures

Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed What You'll Need Previous woodworking, manufacturing, construction, cabinetry, machine operation, or similar hands-on experience preferred

Experience using hand and power tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity

Ability to follow measurements and work instructions

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Dependable attendance and willingness to learn

Ability to work additional hours when production needs require Why ? 4-day regular work week

1st shift: Monday through Thursday

$18

•$19 /hour

Fridays primarily reserved for overtime as needed

Hands-on woodworking and machine-operation experience

Opportunity to cross-train and develop additional production skills

Eligible for permanent placement after 520 hours
