Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered designs. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets strict quality standards while maintaining efficient production flow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative garment projects, bringing creative designs to life with precision and care. Responsibilities Set up and operate Tajima embroidery machines, ensuring proper threading, tension, and calibration for each project Read and interpret design files and specifications accurately before starting production Monitor machine operation throughout the embroidery process, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards in production Conduct dimensional measurements and quality checks on finished embroidered items to ensure consistency and accuracy Handle materials carefully, including fabric, upholstery, and garment components, ensuring proper placement and alignment during embroidery Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards in production and handling equipment responsibly Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime Skills Proficiency with Tajima embroidery machines, and sewing techniques Familiarity with quality standards in production to ensure finished products meet specifications Experience with materials handling, warehouse procedures, and inventory management in manufacturing settings Awareness of safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents and ensure compliance We have a fun, flexible environment that would be a great fit for the right person!
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
