Nissen Chemitec America, Inc. (NCA) is a local manufacturer of automotive plastic injection-molded products. We currently have full-time (40 hours) available 2nd (2:30 pm-11:00 pm) & 3rd shifts (10:30 pm-7:00 am) as production press operators and assembly operators. Starting pay is $20.05/hour for 2nd & $20.55/hour for 3rd is a shift premium of $1.00/hour for 2nd shift and $1.50/hour for 3rd shift, as well as an attendance bonus of 0.50 for straight time and 0.75 for overtime, which is an accumulation of perfect attendance hours from the previous month and would be added to your 3rd week's check of the next month.

Key responsibilities:

• Follows established guidelines in the operation of manufacturing equipment and always follows your process.
• Produces a product according to quality guidelines.
• Performs in-process inspections as defined.
• Follows established quality system documentation relative to the area of responsibility (i.e., work instructions, procedures, forms, etc.) and completes required documentation completely and legibly.
• Operators will communicate at shift change (Molding), breaks, and throughout their shift with other employees.
