Pay tops out at $26.55/ hour (plus shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts)

Responsibilities:

Run SMT assembly machines per work instructions

Maintain flow across multiple pieces of inline automated assembly machines

Follow all safety and ergonomics programs & guidelines

Perform basic quality checks as required

Participate in team based continuous improvement activities

Perform other work as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality

Additional Information:

Located in New Bremen, OH

Paid on the job training is provided

Shifts:

1st shift (5:00am-3:10pm) Monday-Thursday, 2nd shift (2:50pm-1:00am) Monday- Thursday and 3rd shift (7:00pm-5:10am) Monday night-Friday morning
