Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Embroidery Machine Operator and bring vibrant designs to life! In this energetic role, you will operate advanced embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom apparel and textiles. Duties Set up and operate industrial embroidery machines, ensuring proper thread tension, needle placement, and design alignment for flawless execution. Interpret design specifications and transfer digital embroidery files accurately onto the machine. Measure fabric materials and garments using precise measuring instruments to ensure correct sizing and placement of embroidery. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process, verifying stitching consistency, color accuracy, and overall finish according to established quality standards in production. Handle materials carefully, including fabric handling and garment sewing, to prevent damage or misalignment during embroidery. Maintain a clean and organized workstation by regularly cleaning machines, replacing worn parts, and troubleshooting technical issues promptly. Follow safety standards in production by wearing appropriate protective gear, adhering to safety protocols, and reporting hazards immediately. Experience Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines or embroidery machines in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Familiarity with measuring instruments, fabric materials, and garment construction techniques such as seam construction and serging. Knowledge of materials handling procedures, manual cutting (fabric cutting), and upholstery basics is advantageous. Understanding of quality standards in production processes to ensure finished products meet specifications. Prior experience with sewing, embroidery, garment construction, or related manufacturing roles is preferred. Ability to read technical diagrams and interpret design files accurately.
