Cardinal Staffing is currently hiring an

I NDUSTRIAL MIXER OPERATOR

in Sandusky. as a mixer operator, you will work with a leading manufacturer of high quality liquid pigment systems and intermediates.

Job Duties:

Operate industrial mixing equipment to blend raw materials according to established formulas and production specifications. Accurately measure, weigh, and add materials while maintaining proper batch quantities and quality standards. Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and equipment operation to ensure consistent product quality. Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed to meet product specifications. Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies when handling materials and operating machinery. Inspect, clean, and maintain mixing equipment and work areas to prevent contamination and equipment issues. Complete production records, batch documentation, and other required paperwork accurately. Work closely with production and quality-control teams to keep batches on schedule and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Mixing experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50#'s several times throughout your day Ability to withstand stronger smells and a dusty environment consistency in work history Must have reliable transportation Ability to pass a background & drug screen

Compensation:

$16.50 Plus $1 shift differential for 3rd shift

Hours:
