Shift Pre-Roll Technician Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 10:00p-6:00a

Starting Pay:

$16 + $2 Shift Differential Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Extraction & Pre-Roll Technician to join our extraction department. This role is primarily responsible for assisting with the daily operation of our pre-roll machine and supporting extraction team activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant production. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the pre-roll machine to produce consistent, high-quality pre-rolls.
• Assist with weighing, filling, packaging, and labeling cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the extraction and pre-roll areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and SOPs to ensure compliance with state and company regulations.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain company standards.
• Accurately track and record production data in accordance with state compliance requirements (METRC, etc.).
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Assist in other departmental tasks as needed. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cannabis industry experience preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive-task environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting machinery.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass all background checks required by state cannabis regulations. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable working with machinery and within a production environment.
