JOB FUNCTION

Coordinate the associates and activities within their cell To promote teamwork through words and deeds to all associates, to direct the workforce toward company goals and to troubleshoot tooling and processing

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for supervising, training, and coordinating activities of associates within the cell Responsible for quality within the cell Responsible for coaching and counseling of associates Preparation of all required production reports Conducts weekly cell meetings Administers daily overtime for lead person, and material handler within their cell Monitors vacation requests and scheduling of vacation for lead person and material handler to attain adequate coverage Completes Training/Evaluation Forms for new associates, material handlers and lead persons within the cell for 30/60-day intervals after associates are hired or start a new position

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Maintain and/or improve Cell OEE performance Continued improvement of mold change times Continued improvement of color change times

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains cleanliness and order within area Prepare and present material at meetings to management and/or all associates Other activities as directed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

Good communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills Satisfactory work record, including attendance Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends when necessary High degree of attention and care required to prevent injury to self and others Ability to obtain a passport

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF POSITION

Ability to stand, climb ladder onto machines, bending and stooping Mental alertness to procedures/changes and to call for assistance when needed Ability to work overtime during the week and weekends when needed Ability to lift up to 60 pounds infrequently
