About the Role Join our concrete production team during the initial factory setup and operational launch. You will handle various manufacturing duties across different sections, including concrete creation, mold handling, part filling, demolding, and finishing processes like polishing and stripping. All activities are performed under the guidance of the manufacturing manager, ensuring strict adherence to established protocols and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities Mixer:

Execute concrete mixing operations requiring expertise in automated mixer controls and electronic systems. Oversee concrete output to maintain high standards and ensure precise raw material management. Help maintain consistent production quality by filling components according to standardized work procedures.

Assembler:

Carry out technical assembly and demolding procedures. Ensure the integrity of mold assembly and disassembly processes, reporting any issues to management. Identify potential flaws in molds or reinforcements to prevent defects in the final product.

Crane Operator:

Transport mixing vessels to filling stations to support the mold-filling process. Extract finished components from their molds. Manage the positioning of molds and tables during assembly or disassembly tasks. Provide support during the setup and breakdown of molds.

Finishing:

Execute precise finishing tasks, such as polishing or pickling, to meet defined quality benchmarks. Operate manual and automatic polishing equipment under the direction of the Section Manager and following provided training. Perform stripping operations using the designated dosing system, adhering to all safety instructions and supervisory guidance.

Operational Duties:

Monitor the quality of raw and semi-finished materials to ensure the final output meets our high standards. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Oversee the performance of assigned machinery and control systems, reporting any operational irregularities to your supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma or vocational training background. Technical familiarity with manufacturing processes, product specifications, and automated mixing technology. Strong analytical capabilities. High level of attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining an orderly workspace. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Safety Protocols Adherence to all operational work instructions. Proper utilization of all assigned personal protective equipment (PPE). Compliance with all posted safety signage. Participation in required training and information sessions. Operational Equipment Demonstrated sense of personal responsibility. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Dedication to the organization and your colleagues. Proficiency with hand tools including trowels, suction cup vibrators, and ultrasonic needles. Experience operating machinery such as mixers, forklifts, cupolas, wagons, overhead cranes, and pressure washers. Requirements Candidates must possess a valid passport and Real ID.
