Machine Operator Are you mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn? We're looking for motivated individuals to join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your skills and attention to detail make a difference every day.

What You'll Do:

Install, operate, and monitor production machinery
Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
Follow production schedules and work instructions
Maintain quality standards and workplace safety
Work closely with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate power equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (70 lbs. with assistance)
Comfortable working in heat, noise, and dusty environments
