Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and precision measurement will ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly from start to finish. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, and press brake machines to produce components according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of parts. Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery in compliance with safety standards in production environments. Operate forklifts and handle materials safely within the manufacturing facility for materials handling and inventory management. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, tooling setup, and quality control inspections to uphold high standards of product quality. Requirements Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, or CNC programming experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with programming languages related to Fanuc controls, CAM programming, or other CNC software is a plus. Ability to read shop math, use basic hand tools, and perform fabrication tasks confidently. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting and factory experience is desirable. Certification or experience with forklift operation is preferred but not required. Excellent attention to detail with strong skills in dimensional measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments. Ability to interpret production documents accurately while maintaining high quality standards in manufacturing processes.
