What You'll Do:
Operate a range of woodworking machinery including saws, planers, routers, sanders, and CNC equipment to produce precise wood components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate manufacturing. Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood materials to exact specifications. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment to maintain peak performance. Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards. Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately to supervisors. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations. Lift up to 50 pounds as required in daily operations.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery such as saws, planers, routers, and sanders Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and finishing wood components. Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
