What You'll Do Operate and monitor multiple machines producing corrugated boxes. Set up equipment accurately and keep it running efficiently to hit production goals. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance to prevent downtime. Follow all safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized. Work with your team to troubleshoot problems and improve processes. Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors. Help train new operators on safe, effective machine operation. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent; technical manufacturing coursework is a plus.
