Job Description

Come create your career with Volt Volt is immediately hiring an Assembly Operator I in Landisville, PA 17538 As an Assembly Operator I , you will: Preparing machines and equipment for daily use. Perform quality checks. Communicate with set-up, technician, and supervisor any issues that may arise during operations. Use of inspection tools, independently complete quality inspection documentation, and make necessary adjustments, understand gauging and visual inspection tooling, attention to detailed processes. Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards. Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation and notification when defects are identified. This is a full time, contract opportunity.

  • 10:00pm 3rd Shift
  • 10:00pm
  • 6:00am The ideal candidate will have: Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or G.
E.D is required. High energy, self-motivated, attention to detail and willingness to learn and advance in a fast paced environment. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience interacting with mechanical systems. Proficient with use of inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators for dimensional inspection of materials. Proven record of using inspection data. Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately set up and assemble products. Basic computer navigation and utilization skills. Proficient in English language. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Prior experience of three to five years related manufacturing is preferred.
Pay Rate:
$18
  • $19.80 per hour.
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
