FEA INDUSTRIES

is a Wholesale Independent Optical Laboratory located in beautiful downtown Morton, PA. We are a fourth-generation family-owned optical lab. Since that time, we have grown exponentially, now operating out of a three building facility.

Description:

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. This role includes inspecting finished products, performing routine machine adjustments, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following all safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Position Responsibilities:

All duties to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance. Perform routine procedures to keep production moving. Ensure machines are properly calibrated and clear errors when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Manufacturing work experience preferred. Production work experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• The training hours are temporary - strictly for training. When training is complete then the standard schedule will be 2:30pm-11:00pm
