Machine Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $16.50 to $18.50 /hour Full Time work available Various shifts available 1st shift

• Monday 5:18 am
• 2:18pm Tues
• Fri 6am-2:18pm 3rd shift Sunday 8pm-5:18am Tues-Friday 10pm-6:18am

TRAINING IS ON

1st Shift Operate mail production machinery consistently to meet and exceed daily output targets. Maintain a high level of operator efficiency while running equipment. Promptly identify, clear, and resolve machine jams to minimize downtime. Perform minor machine adjustments as needed to ensure continuous operation and quality output. Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures

Machine Operator Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and meet production goals. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks as required.

Must Have:

Must have a high school diploma, GED, or at least 2 years of equivalent experience.
