WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates a guest for life. This individual will be responsible for the tuning and repairing of guests' and Blue Mountain Resort equipment to give our guests the best possible experience while skiing and snowboarding on the mountain.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years of age Skiing and/or Snowboarding experience required Previous tuning experience preferred Must be available to work a flexible workweek (including holidays and weekends - our busiest times) Timely and reliable attendance is essential, even in inclement weather Professional, friendly personality is essential for interaction with guests
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Determine appropriate equipment repair needs for guests Tuning and repair of guest and Blue Mountain equipment Mounting, repair, and testing of ski bindings Follow directives and operates independently Ability to pass binding certification tests Perform tune and repairs needed and finish with Montana tune machine Immediately report operational and equipment challenges to Technical Manager Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment Return all equipment to correct location Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment Clean and maintain machines, benches, and hand tools each night Safely operate all equipment and tools
