Machine Operators in the Pittston, PA area! Are you looking for a manufacturing opportunity with excellent earning potential and a consistent first-shift schedule? We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to join a specialized manufacturing team! Competitive Pay with Scheduled Increases!
Starting Pay:
$20.75/hour After 6
Months:
$22.50/hour After 12
Months:
$24.25/hour That's a $3.50/hour increase within your first year!
Schedule Shift:
1st
Shift Workweek:
Three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor specialized manufacturing and processing equipment. Assist with chemical and mechanical surface treatment processes. Handle various materials, including plastic films, tubing, and other industrial products. Load and unload materials from production equipment. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency. Inspect finished products to meet company standards. Follow established safety procedures when working around industrial equipment and chemicals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. What We're Looking For Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized equipment. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures. Excellent attention to detail and quality. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work extended 12-hour shifts. Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment. Why Apply?
