We are seeking reliable Machine Operators for a fast-paced production environment. No prior experience is required—training will be provided! Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Temp to hire with great benefits upon hire.

•includes temporary time) Responsibilities for the Machine Operator Operate presses and extruders, including loading and removing parts. Inspect, perform quality checks, and package finished parts. Move parts on semi-live skids. Load and unload parts for firing. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements for the Machine Operator Reliable attendance and dependable transportation. Ability to read and follow English instructions. Ability to follow directions, communicate with supervisors, and work well with others. Basic computer skills are a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Physical Requirements Stand for up to 8 hours per shift. Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Move throughout the production floor and perform repetitive tasks.
