Architects and builders turn to us because of our commitment to quality, innovation and workmanship. We are looking for a Saw Operator to join our production team. We also welcome motivated individuals who may be new to manufacturing but bring a strong work ethic and a passion for learning. We provide comprehensive job-specific training to help qualified applicants succeed and thrive. What you'll do: Read and use layout drawings to determine target dimensions for panels and panel features. Program and operate CNC machines to accurately cut panels to size and to apply surface features to panels. Use calibrated tape measures, calipers, and gauges to measure the dimensions of panels and the locations of drill holes and other panel features. Compare measurements to established tolerances and determine whether measurements are within tolerance. Visually inspect finished product for adherence to quality control guidelines. Report material and equipment issues effectively. Support daily and weekly equipment and workstation cleaning. Coordinate with supervisors to maintain and improve throughput. What we're looking for: At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication. At least 2 years of CNC programming experience. Ability to read and use fabrication drawings. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. A strong work ethic and commitment to quality and teamwork.
