•$23 per hour (Based on Experience) Join a Team That Values Precision & Teamwork! Are you an experienced Slitter Operator with a mechanical background and strong math skills? Do you thrive in a hands-on, detail-focused environment? If so, we want you on our 2nd shift team! We are looking for a skilled professional who can set up and operate slitting machines, inspect materials, and ensure quality production. Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Material Handling Equipment:

Must be certified in the material handler position. Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Slitting Machine Operation & Quality Control:

Pull, inspect, and verify products before processing. Perform machine setups according to work order specifications. Ensure products meet specifications, record measurements, and follow written work instructions. Communicate with sales representatives regarding order adjustments or clarifications. Identify, record, and segregate scrap and non-conforming materials.
