• Laminator Operator, you'll play a key role in maintaining safety, product quality, and production output while ensuring compliance with internal specifications.

You'll work closely with Quality Assurance, R D, and Engineering teams to ensure the coating process meets all standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and team-focused.

Responsibilities:

Monitor product quality at the coating station and perform troubleshooting as needed Assist with blade and setup changes, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections Maintain clean, organized work areas and manage inventory levels Ensure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturing specifications Communicate effectively with coworkers and suggest improvements to process and safety

Qualifications and Requirements:

High manual dexterity and strong attention to detail Ability to read gauges, meters, and length measurements Team player with the ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety rules May be required to operate a forklift Must be comfortable working in a high-temperature environment during summer
