$23.75 NIGHT SHIFT Bi-weekly pay Schedule (Weekend Shift):

  • Saturday (tuesday or thursday off), 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM Transition to rotating schedule: 5:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM, every other Thursday included, OR 5:00 PM
  • 5:00 AM for nights Rotating 12-hour schedule: 48 hours one week / 36 hours the next Position Overview We are hiring Production Mixing Operators for a weekend shift to support a regulated manufacturing environment focused on producing high-quality products under strict cGMP standards.
This role involves operating and monitoring mixing equipment, handling raw materials and powders, and ensuring all production processes meet safety, quality, and documentation requirements. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role with strong cross-training opportunities. Key Responsibilities Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), cGMPs, and production policies Set up, operate, and monitor mixing and material processing equipment Perform weighing, sifting, milling, blending, and batch processing tasks Handle raw materials and powders throughout the mixing and production process Accurately complete all batch records and production documentation Maintain a clean, organized workspace and prevent cross-contamination Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report any abnormalities Assemble, disassemble, and clean equipment for changeovers Collect samples and support quality checks as required Operate forklifts safely (or willingness to obtain certification) Cross-train in multiple production areas and processes Train and assist other operators once certified Maintain production pace and meet output goals Participate in safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English Basic math skills (kilos to grams conversions; training provided) Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate mixing equipment Troubleshooting ability for basic mechanical or process issues Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to accurately document production activities Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work Comfortable using tools such as torque wrenches and other equipment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a cGMP or regulated manufacturing environment Experience in mixing, blending, or material processing Familiarity with powders and raw ingredient handling Experience with quality inspections and production checks Ability to read basic diagrams or equipment layouts Experience working in fast-paced production environments Willingness to be cross-trained across departments Work Environment Clean but industrial cGMP manufacturing environment with strict SOPs Work in mixing rooms with powders and raw materials (dust exposure possible) PPE required daily, including respirator, gloves, gown/suit, hair net, and safety glasses Physically demanding role with lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive tasks Fast-paced environment with routine and repetitive production processes Overtime and weekend work required based on production needs Strong team-oriented environment with collaboration on the production floor Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and floating holidays Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities Employee discount and wellness programs Structured training and career advancement opportunities Why Apply Opportunity to gain experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment Hands-on role in mixing, blending, and material processing Cross-training opportunities to grow your skills Long-term career potential in a stable and growing industry Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Goose Creek, SC.
