Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools to meet production targets. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, applying mechanical knowledge to identify issues and ensure smooth operation. Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly, maintenance, or repairs as needed. Support warehouse activities by organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and managing stock levels efficiently. Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of materials and equipment to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members on production goals, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
Machine Operator Experience:
Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting demonstrates technical aptitude. Warehouse experience that includes inventory management or shipping/receiving tasks is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards. Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with colleagues.
