Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to innovative manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor various machinery including Framecad & CNC. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documents accurately to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers to verify dimensional accuracy. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery in accordance with safety standards in production. Handle materials safely using forklifts and materials handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings for fabrication, assembly, and machining processes. Operate hand tools and tooling equipment effectively for assembly or fabrication tasks. Maintain accurate production documentation and logs for quality control purposes. Support packaging and assembly line tasks as needed to meet production goals. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints confidently. Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment efficiently using diagnostic skills. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is a plus. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Comfortable using hand tools, tooling equipment, forklifts (certification preferred). Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
