Job Description
Personnel Placements is Now Hiring for a growing manufacturing facility in McKenzie Tn. We are seeking candidates for general labor and/or Assembly Operators. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling metal components and using basic assembly tools.
Schedule:
1st
Shift:
Monday
•Friday 6:00 AM
•2:30 PM (Up to 4:30 PM when overtime is scheduled) Saturday schedule will be communicated if needed. 2nd
Shift:
Monday
•Friday 2:30 PM
•11:00 PM (Up to 1:00 AM when overtime is scheduled) Saturday schedule will be communicated if needed.

1st

$16.00/hour 2nd
Shift:
$16.50/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and prepare tools and parts for assembly Assemble components accurately and efficiently following written instructions Identify and resolve basic assembly issues; escalate concerns to a supervisor when necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (steel-toe boots required; safety glasses, earplugs, and protective arm sleeves provided)
Requirements:
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow written instructions Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks Must pass a drug screen and background check Team-oriented with good manual dexterity and a strong work ethic
