MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB 1.1.

Safely and efficiently operate production equipment to meet daily manufacturing requirements. 1.2. Maintain production flow by handling materials, feeding lines, and completing assembly, bagging, and labeling activities. 1.3. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace by following established safety practices, work instructions, and 5S standards

KEY AREAS OF ACTIVITY AND RESPONSIBILITY 2.1.

Operate cutting machines 2.2. Bag and label clips 2.3. Assemble toes 2.4. Follow Sort, Set, Shine principles (5S) 2.5. Other duties as assigned

SKILLS NEEDED

High School Diploma or equivalent

MEASUREMENT

Follows company safety policies and procedures with no safety infractions Follows quality policy using work instructions, produce quality product and minimize operator related defects. Consistently supports production targets, keeps material flowing to the line, and minimizes operator-related delays. Maintains a clean and organized work area, follows 5S expectations, correctly performs assigned tasks, and demonstrates care of equipment/materials. Stays in line with Pandrol attendance policy Complete OSHA 10 training
