Overview We are looking for dependable, hard-working employees who will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food products. Duties Control the functions of the packaging machine. Ensure that the proper food film is on the correct machine. Check the end-seals and back seals. Log film use on QD9. Operate packaging machines efficiently, ensuring proper functioning and output quality. Monitor equipment during production runs, making adjustments as needed for optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with packaging machinery using hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential problems and perform preventive maintenance. Handle materials safely using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with GMP and safety standards. Document production data accurately, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any incidents or issues encountered. Skills Ability to lift and handle 50 Ibs. or more

REQUIRED- 1-2

years of machine operation experience Proven experience operating packaging machines within a food production or manufacturing environment. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements, counts, and machine settings. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently

Pay:

From $16.50 per hour
