Job Description

This position is best suited for individuals who have prior manufacturing or warehouse experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where quality, safety, and reliability matter.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of assembly, warehousing, or forklift experience Consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it

Production Associate Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to detailed work instructions Maintain quality standards and production goals Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures Work effectively as part of a production team

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Receive, store, and distribute materials to support production operations Accurately complete inventory and shipping documentation Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse

Schedules:

A Shift:

5:00 AM•5:00

PM, Sunday-Wednesday B Shift:

5:00 PM•5:00 AM, Sunday-Wednesday (+15% shift differential)

C Shift:

5:00 AM•5:00

PM, Wednesday-Saturday D Shift:

5:00 PM•5:00 AM, Wednesday-Saturday (+15% shift differential) Must be available for overtime as needed.
