This entry level position prepares and operates automatic press machines to process and produce a high-quality rubber product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Makes certain all materials for production are available Loads hot molds with rubber and puts molds in press Removes parts from molds Inspects parts Cleans molds and equipment Records time and temperature data Changes molds when necessary Perform other duties assigned by supervisor Ability to operate a forklift

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures Effectively run one line with multiple presses Will be required to work overtime if needed to continue production on any shift Basic comprehension of written and verbal communication skills Basic mathematical skills (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division) Ability to follow safe work practices

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Heavy to moderate physical effort may be required for the following: Prolonged standing, reaching, bending stooping, pushing, pulling and climbing Regular lifting up to 50 pounds Must be able to work in temperatures over 100 degrees Be part of whats next at Oil States Industries, Inc.!
