Job Description

Join a growing team where your work makes a real difference! As a Production/Equipment Operator 1, you will help assemble high-quality medical devices that support patient care and improve lives. In a clean room, and team-oriented environment, you'll use your attention to detail and hands-on skills to build products that meet the highest quality standards.
Shift:
Monday
  • Thursday 6am
  • 4:40pm Weekend Friday to Sunday 6am
  • 6:30pm

00 Assemble medical devices by following instructions and work orders. Set up and verify materials at the start of the day and between jobs. Follow quality and safety procedures and complete required paperwork. Clean and organize workstations before and between work orders. Inspect products for quality and report any issues to a supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Arrive on time and work the full scheduled shift. Assist with other duties as needed. Work is mainly done while seated, with some walking required. Assemble small parts and complete detailed tasks. Use hand tools such as pliers and cutters. Perform repetitive hand and finger movements. Use microscopes or magnification equipment for inspections. Inspect products for defects, with or without corrective lenses. Occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds. Work under standard overhead lighting. Stay focused and maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
