Open Positions:
Skilled Machine Operators
•Supporting automated manufacturing operations, including molding, grinding, inspection, and cleanroom operations. Shifts Available
•Fixed, Rotating 12-
Hour Schedule:
Day Shift:
6:00 AM
•6:00 PM | 10% shift differential
Night Shift:
6:00 PM
•6:00 AM | 15% shift differential Both shifts follow a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Shift differentials are paid in addition to the base hourly rate. Why Cadence?

Looking For:
Commitment to quality and safety, and teamwork Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Previous manufacturing or production experience and machine operator experience required; training on Cadence equipment and processes is provided. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing full gown Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) , including gowns, gloves, hair covers, and other required protective garments, for extended periods as required Ability to stand for extended periods.
