8 Machine Operators! We're growing and looking for motivated, reliable team members who take pride in quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement We are currently hiring for the following Machine Operator positions: 4 Machine Operators
  • Area C (Baggers & Robotics) 4 Machine Operators
  • Area D (Cartoning, Labeling, Printing & Casing)
Shifts Available:
Shift 1
  • 6am to 2:30pm 1 Machine Operator Area C 1 Machine Operator Area D Shift 2
  • 2pm to 10:30pm 1 Machine Operator Area C 1 Machine Operator Area D Shift 3

Our Machine Operators are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production equipment while ensuring product quality, food safety, and production goals are achieved. Depending on the area assigned, duties may include equipment setup, operation, changeovers, cleaning, troubleshooting, and quality verification. Area C Operator
  • Baggers & Robotics (4 Openings) Area C Operators are responsible for operating and maintaining bagging, weighing, metal detection, and robotic packaging systems while ensuring efficient production flow and product quality.
Key Responsibilities Set up and operate baggers, scales, and robotic equipment Replace packaging film and forming tubes Operate metal detection and weighing systems Verify labels, lot numbers, and product specifications Complete production documentation Monitor equipment performance and address issues Perform machine cleaning and changeovers Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Production teams Area D Operator
  • Cartoning & Packaging (4 Openings) Area D Operators oversee cartoning, labeling, coding, printing, pallet wrapping, and casing operations to ensure finished products are packaged accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Set up and operate cartoners, labelers, printers, and pallet wrappers Enter production codes and verify product information Operate weighing and metal detection equipment Verify case labels, lot codes, quantities, and best-by dates Complete production paperwork and reporting Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed Clean and maintain equipment between production runs Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality Successful candidates will: Work well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Demonstrate strong attention to detail Be dependable and safety-focused Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Learn technical equipment and troubleshooting skills Maintain high standards of quality, sanitation, and food safety Be comfortable using computers and completing production High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of machine operator or equivalent manufacturing experience Experience with packaging equipment Bakery or snack food manufacturing experience preferred HACCP certification or food safety training Manufacturing experience in a food production environment Candidates should be able to: Stand for extended periods Bend, crouch, reach, and climb steps or ladders as required Lift and move materials and supplies Work safely around manufacturing equipment Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail This role operates in a food manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to: Machinery and moving equipment Loud noise and vibration Temperature fluctuations Wet working conditions Food allergens including wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, and sesame Appropriate PPE and adherence to all safety requirements are essential.
