At Quality on Time Machining, we teach employees from the ground up how to operate and maintain CNC machines as well as finish parts in the burr room. Join our growing team to begin a fruitful career in aerospace manufacturing. We are looking for candidates who are personable, intrinsically motivated, and put effort into becoming the most efficient at their job as they can. Entry level candidates with zero experience begin assisting operators on the machines, learning in the deburr room, and completing daily cleaning tasks until they learn to be proficient on their own at either operating machines or deburr. Once trained on 1st shift, there is opportunity to go to 2nd or 3rd shift. 1st shift : 6:00 am

• 11:00 pm 3rd shift : 11:00 pm
• 6:00 am

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand and/or sit for an extended period of time (4-8 hours) Able to lift 30 lbs. regularly Able to crouch, lean, squat, etc. throughout the day
