Piller Aimmco is looking for a reliable, dependable Set-Up Technician to support our injection molding operations in Washougal, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems, and learning how manufacturing processes come together. You will receive hands-on training in mold setup, machine operation, automation equipment, and process troubleshooting—with the opportunity to develop toward a future Process Technician role. Because this position plays an important role in keeping production running, consistent attendance, punctuality, and dependability are essential. What You'll Do Perform mold setups and teardowns, including installation, alignment, and removal Purge and prepare molding machines for material and job changes Set up end-of-arm tooling and related automation equipment Verify materials, tooling, and process instructions before starting each job Operate molding machines during setup and inspect first-off parts Prepare safe, organized, and efficient workstations for production operators Assist operators during job transitions and clearly communicate setup requirements Troubleshoot setup-related issues and work with team members to keep production moving Follow company safety procedures and applicable

requirements Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For At least one year of experience in production, manufacturing, or a related mechanical role A demonstrated record of reliable attendance and punctuality Dependability and the ability to report to work consistently as scheduled Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a production team Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane; training and certification will be provided if needed Experience with injection molding machines, mold setup, auxiliary equipment, troubleshooting, Lean manufacturing, or 5S is helpful—but not required. We are willing to train someone who brings the right mechanical ability, dependability, work ethic, and desire to grow.
