Job Purpose:

- The Mixer - Shift 2 at Noel Corporation is responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products during the second shift. This role is integral to maintaining production schedules and ensuring consistency in product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor mixing equipment according to established procedures and safety standards. Ensure accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients to meet production specifications. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of mixing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain detailed records of production activities and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment. Previous experience operating mixing equipment is preferred. Familiarity with safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work Sunday through Thursday 1:30pm-10pm Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues. Basic math skills for measuring and adjusting ingredient quantities. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as needed. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by production schedules.
