Our client, located in Baldwin is seeking to fill a Painter position. The Machine Operator at our Baldwin, WI location is responsible to set up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications. This is a 2nd shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 3:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m.

Role Responsibilities:

Set up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications. Schedule and handle materials Assure compliance with print specifications. Utilize computer programming. Maintain a clean, organized work area. Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures. Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to: High school diploma/GED Familiarity with manufacturing process and inventory control practices strongly desired Ability to read blueprints and understand written and verbal instructions. Knowledge of general safety practices Knowledge of general metal material properties Ability to work with close tolerances. Strong mechanical ability and mathematical skills Communicate effectively. Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance. ability to listen, be trainable, retain information, follow all safety guidelines and protocols, and be self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:
