MACHINE OPERATOR
3rd Shift, Monday-Friday (10PM to 6AM)
• Training would be 3-5 days on first shift (6am-3pm) Temporary for approx 4-6 weeks
Pay:
$18/hr We are looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined Machine Operator to start immediately! In this role, you will operate and maintain semi-automated machinery used in manufacturing. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor semi-automated production machinery. Adjust machine settings to maintain efficient and consistent production. Load raw materials or parts into machines and monitor production cycles. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Use measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify part dimensions when needed. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise. Identify and report machine malfunctions or production quality concerns. Keep accurate records of production quantities, approved parts, and defective products. Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance. Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines. Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain an organized work area. #EauClaire1
Requirements:
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills and the ability to record production information accurately. Ability to identify problems and assist with troubleshooting. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new equipment and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required for the position. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
