Job Description

Job Overview:
This position requires the utmost attention to detail that each item manufactured meets company standards.
Essential Functions:
Set and use scales for part counts Run equipment such as, but not limited to sleeve machine, RF Sealers, Heat Welder, Needle Machine, Arbor Press, Drill Press and Auto Baggers Visually and mechanically inspect parts Clean hoppers, dryers, and grinders Read and interpret mix sheets, assuring proper raw materials are used to mixing Performs packaging and labeling functions to complete finished goods Report and document any issues with quality, process, equipment and/or components to Quality or Molding Manager Perform Operator duties on molding machines Sort, count, package, label and unpack inventory Follow policies that support the quality system Clean around workstation at the end of the shift Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements /
Skills:
Knowledge of basic math, including additional, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to read and understand written instructions or specifications Must be able to read, write, and understand instructions, warnings, labels, and postings. Ability to use basic hand tools Ability to use their hands for product assembly
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. independently Ability to frequently use hands, wrists, and fingers to handle, grip, grasp, pinch, turn, press, and manipulate small parts, tools, and assembly materials. Must be able to frequently sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, lift, pull, push, stoop, squat, bend and stretch as needed throughout the assigned shift. C shift 10pm-6am Sunday night-Friday morning
