  S_182269 Spherion is hiring Plastic Operators for a local manufacturing company in Horicon, WI. If you have previous machine operating experience, we want to hear from you! Role Highlights
• Starting pay: $20/hr+ based on experience
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available
• + shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts

• Run rotational molding machines to meet or exceed plant metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.
• Work collaboratively with your team to assemble and dismantle production molds.
• Remove molded parts from molds, monitor part temperatures, and perform mold changes using overhead cranes and rigging.
• Use feedback from Trimmers to drive process improvements, reduce scrap, and improve overall productivity.
• Maintain continuity across shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs in production/quality logs.
• Adhere to safety procedures, company 6S requirements, and keep a clean, orderly workspace. What You Bring to the Role ...
• Ability to perform simple math and measurements accurately.
• High attention to detail, strong self-motivation, and multitasking skills.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks efficiently.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
