Assembly Operator:

You'll be: Setting up and operating manual or automated equipment for parts manufacturing Optimizing cycle times and achieving production goals in a team environment Collaborating with skilled trades and support staff to ensure efficient operations Identifying opportunities for improvement in quality, safety, and process Standing for at least 90% of your shift and lifting up to 35 pounds This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are at least 18 years old and eager to start a manufacturing career Can read blueprints, job data sheets, and safety instructions Have good hand/eye coordination and a keen attention to detail Are team-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable Are physically able to lift, bend, stand, walk, and kneel throughout your shift Thrive in a fast-paced environment What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
