Back Filling Technician / 62963 Manufacturing New Berlin , New York Contract To Hire $16.72 - $16.72 Filling Technician -
Manufacturing Location:
New Berlin, NY Pay:
$16.72/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-6:30 PM; Friday overtime as needed Sapphire Recruitment is seeking dependable Filling Technicians for a manufacturing opportunity in New Berlin, NY. This hands-on position involves operating filling equipment, preparing materials, packaging products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Responsibilities:
Prepare supplies and materials for daily production. Operate filling equipment and assist with capping, labeling, and handling finished products. Remove and dispose of old paint as needed. Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area. Complete production paperwork and enter information into manufacturing software. Assist team members with daily production needs and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Ability to work required overtime on Fridays as needed.
