Temp-to-Hire / Contract Job Summary Partners Personnel is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Medical Device Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Brea, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing, production, assembly, medical device, or cleanroom environment and be comfortable working with small components while following detailed instructions and strict quality standards. This position involves the assembly, inspection, packaging, and preparation of medical devices and components in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble medical devices and small components according to work instructions and specifications. Perform hand assembly of small and intricate parts. Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Perform visual inspections and basic measurements as required. Assist with kitting, labeling, packaging, and preparation of finished products. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow cleanroom procedures and gowning requirements when applicable. Handle materials and components carefully to prevent contamination or damage. Meet established production and quality standards. Maintain accurate lot, batch, or production records. Communicate quality concerns or production issues to supervisors. Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, medical devices, electronics, or a similar environment preferred. Experience working with small parts and hand tools is a plus. Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Basic English communication skills required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Previous cleanroom experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements. Ability to use small hand tools and handle small components. Ability to occasionally lift and move materials as required. Ability to work in a controlled manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
