This role is ideal for candidates with steady work experience, strong hand-eye coordination, and an interest in clean-room manufacturing, medical device assembly, and quality-focused production. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will work in a controlled manufacturing environment where accuracy, teamwork, and consistency are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform hand assembly, visual inspection, and production tasks in a clean-room manufacturing environment. Set up, operate, and monitor equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures. Complete data collection, basic computer entry, and production documentation accurately. Inspect products using visual standards and measuring equipment to support quality requirements. Adapt to different manufacturing teams, buildings, or production areas as business needs change. Maintain strong attendance, safety awareness, and quality standards throughout each shift.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$24.50 to $27.40 per hour. 2nd shift pay: $24.50 per hour plus $2.40 shift differential, totaling $26.90 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday.

Open shifts:

Day, swing, and graveyard shifts available.
