Report production issues, quality concerns, or delays to production management.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications1+ year of cleanroom, medical device, electronics, cable assembly, or precision manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience working with small parts and hand tools.
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Additional Skills & QualificationsGood manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
High level of attention to detail.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).Basic measurement skills using both standard and metric systems.
Basic English skills with the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
Strong reasoning and analytical skills.
Must be ITAR compliant.
Highly dependable with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:00 PMPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented OIS Cleanroom Dispenser Operator to support the manufacturing of fiber optic products in a cleanroom environment. This role focuses on the precise dispensing of adhesives and materials while assembling delicate fiber optic components.
