Job Responsibilities:

Assemble a wide variety of precision medical products by following standardized written guidelines and technical documentation Maintain strict quality standards aligned with regulatory and internal compliance policies Operate independently or as part of a collaborative team to meet daily production goals Use hand tools and small machinery (e.g., grinders, razors, hole punches) Perform tasks involving small parts assembly, cutting, flaring, bonding, tipping, etc. Read diagrams, instructions, and component labels to verify correct builds Inspect finished components for non-conformities Keep detailed, accurate records and report quality issues promptly May involve handling chemicals such as acetone, adhesives, alcohols, and powders Utilize measuring tools like calipers or micrometers when needed What You'll Need to

Qualify:

At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent (or enrolled in a qualifying program to earn one) Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Physical & Visual Demands:

Meet minimum vision requirements (20/40 or better with or without correction) Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working in environments with moderate noise Clear communication skills and ability to follow English-language instructions Must wear PPE and appropriate attire in cleanroom or controlled environments Essential job functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation
